Research on the dynamics of living foods, techniques and art that industrialization has hidden in the universe of food, installation that presents the various elements that make up the processes of fermentation, alliances and living collaborations.

Fermentation is a quantum leap, we use an ancient technique to understand that by joining forces today, we can generate a change in the food paradigm.

Salt takes care of the environment that bacteria need to live in community.
It is the vehicle that transports and transforms structures, colors and flavors.
Salt sustains us in time, in the here and now and beyond.
Salt is the mastery of alchemy.
